Block Bidders page

Anyone having any issues blocking bidders? I have not been able to for quite some time. I have called with no luck .
    I have had a few problem buyers I would like to prevent further issue with

You just need to put the comma in between IDs so that the program knows where to separate IDs.  This program has always required that.
