Anyone having any issues blocking bidders? I have not been able to for quite some time. I have called with no luck .
I have had a few problem buyers I would like to prevent further issue with

It might be helpful to be a bit more specific about what specific issues you're encountering.

You've tried to add ids and received error messages? You've added ids but the members are still able to bid/buy? Can you post screenshots--with any member ids removed?

i had a problem a few weeks ago because i wasnt leaving a comma between the ids.

No problems blocking bidders. Be sure to put a comma between the names like the instructions tell us.

Are you accessing through the updated URL? https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?

If you're using the old URL http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?bidderblocklogin it may not be redirecting.

ok I think it worked. It was the comma. I have never used a comma just a space after the last at bottom of the list. when I started having issues the whole blocked bidder box was white and looked different. I called ebay and they said they were having issues to try back in a few weeks. I did but it still didnt work. Thanks for the help.

good that the comma solved it. sounds like you have quite a few people on your blocked list. ive accumulated close to 500 over the years. hope i dont run out of room.

You're OK for now. Limit is 5000.

That is an important point that some tend to forget. It is how the program separates the names.

The Block bidders page isn't working as of now. When I submit with the new name added (with a comma) it just jumps to a "we've looked everywhere" error page. I sure hope this just a temporary glitch.

with ebay its always something new, might come a day that they wont allow you to block anyone. nothing shocks me anymore on this platform

I recently had the same problem - I was copying & pasting the name (what I have always done) - got the same error message as you. Then I tried just typing in the bidder name and it worked!

Back to the stone age : ) !!
