I have over 350 new Rosielar's bikinis for sale. A friend bought them in bulk on Amazon with intent to resell and never did. They moved and left them with me to sell. I am not a seller on ebay and am looking to see if someone is interested on selling them.

That's gonna be tough - historically they're like 8-15 bucks on Ali-Express. Maybe with the tariffs kicking in they'll do better, though.
I would look locally, if I were you, to find someone to take the lot off your hands for a bulk price.

It will be very hard to find any EBAY sellers willing to sell your items. If I sell your items in my EBAY store I will get stuck with "your tax liability". EBAY reports all income to the IRS.
My suggestion to you would be to sell them yourself on FB. Good luck to you!

Hopefully you did not buy them. Your best bet is to liquidate the entire lot of them to one buyer at a few dollars each.

Don't expect anyone to sell them for you. You should sell the entire lot to someone who sells clothing on line.
Not a great friend who stuck you with 350 bikinis to sell.

As others have noted, your friend isn't doing you any favors. Any seller willing to take this on will DEFINITLEY want the lion's share of the profits. They will be on the hook for returns, IRS reporting, ebay fees, etc.
Any seller who is serious about their account standing probably wouldn't touch this. Sell them locally and be done with it.

I bet you could sell them all in one day with the right parking spot near the right beach.

Tax liability is so often brought up for those looking to sell for someone else. I don’t get it. You sell for someone else – and give that person some of the proceeds. What you give to that person would be just like an acquisition cost if you bought something on your own with the intent to sell.

You forget that a large number of ebay sellers have never paid any taxes and are likely specifically cutting off their sales to avoid the 1099, so the idea of more sales on their account is terrifying to them.

For starters, I'd have that friend forward you the Amazon receipt as well.
