Trying to sell a board game. Why was I able to see the Best Offer option check box on the app from my phone but not the website from my laptop?

Apps are for phone's so...it's where your viewing the posted item...if it's from your phone with the apps which is what connects this information...no apps for the computer...new phone's new views...that simple...:)

Usually it's the other way around.  Mobile apps tend to be a bit limiting.  Maybe a different browser on your PC?

are you sure you're seeing the same listing form?  I think BO doesn't show up on the quick form, but if you click on advanced form in upper right corner......it may be on that form......

@vaportrails77 You are seeing different versions of the listing tool on the app and on a computer. Sounds like you are using the new quick listing tool on the computer which defaults 'best offer' and doesn't show a seller the option to uncheck. To change this you need to use the advanced listing tool.

You can switch to the advanced tool by clicking on 'save and exit’ at the bottom of the quick listing tool and then you will see 'advanced form' on the top right of the new page.
