Best Offer Feature Not Working

The Best Offer feature has not been working since yesterday and the hold times when calling Ebay Customer Service are long.  I also do not see any announcements from Ebay about this.  I called yesterday, and they confirmed the feature was not working, but that it should be working as of last night, but it's not.

Does anyone else have any updates?

also buyers are unable to send best offers - I have a buyer that cant get it thru - Ebay told them to have me send them an offer ein email but that option is ALSO gone now!

They need to leave it alone while its working ... I spend probably 30 minutes a day trying to get  y classic page back up ... The new main page is total **bleep** -  I wish they would just add a make offer to watchers on items being watched & then just leave it be!
