The Best Offer feature has not been working since yesterday and the hold times when calling Ebay Customer Service are long. I also do not see any announcements from Ebay about this. I called yesterday, and they confirmed the feature was not working, but that it should be working as of last night, but it's not.
Does anyone else have any updates?
Thanks.

Forget keeping up with the Joneses. Be the Finklegrubers!
OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Apparently you have to click some more stuff to see the Accept/deny buttons. Just another of those changes ebay makes while we are asleep and does not deem it important enough to post an ANNOUNCEMENT. This is not the first "change" that appears to be secret. Members have complained via the weekly chat about this. Maybe this crew of blues can do something that the last batch considerd "not inportant" to you business.

When you click to respond it takes you to a new page where the buyer is shown in the left side of the screen. You now have to click on that box and it will open the reply screen with Accept, Countries or Decline

thank you for posting that info, I just ran into this problem trying to respond to a best offer on my main buying account that has a few things listed. I just fired off a message to the buyer and wasted about 5 minutes trying to explain to her that I could not respond to her offer. this **bleep** has got to stop, so sick of wasting so much time trying to figure out the daily work arounds on glitches and unannounced changes. It is so amatuer.

It's not working. I am losing sales due to Ebay's indifference to this problem.

Count me in on that also, I have wasted 15 minutes trying to find some secret back door way to accept or counter and there is NO WAY IN! No DECLINE, ACCEPT OR COUNTER-GONE

Yep me too. Clicking all over on that box with their name does nothing. Revise: CS just called back. You have to click on the little box at the bottom with the price and a window pops up. Whose idea was this?

The Best Offer Feature is not working for me but I found a way to make it Work! Click on the Offer ,Respond Now. There is no option to Accept Offer or Submit a Counter Offer 😞 So Frustrating!
Please click on the Item Title in Purple above the Picture on the Left Hand Side of your Screen.
Then Click on the next screen , Look below the Ebay logo on the green bar, Click on Review Offer
and then you can Respond to the Offer! I hope this helps!

I just had the same experience, and got there the exact way you describe above. I started another thread when it happened, but marked it solved and posted the update there.
Now if this brand new buyer who just created their account will only pay. New members are often confused by the best offer option, and don't realize that if I accept, the sale is final.

Thanks for grabbing me on this! I will touch base with our tech teams and see what might have come back up.

For future reference:
- Click the "Respond" button on the offer in your messages.
- At the lower left corner will be a box "Offers" and under that header will be the offer(s) "Received"
- Click inside that "Received" box anywhere.
- Now you will see the familiar Accept/Counter/Decline buttons.
Weeks ago, this new "stream-lined" format was apparently being tested. As I said then, this having to know to take yet another step in the process is NOT stream-lining anything. One or two offers a day isn't so bad; when you have a dozen or more, it is a significant annoyance and consumer of time.
