A clue? No it's completely beyond me as to how a business thinks it appropriate to hang up on customer's. Making another account is against policy that information is available however the reason given for why I was initially banned was vague and beyond the call. No clarification available nor opertunity to clarify.
It was over a post for a wine bottle that functions as an incense burner by inserting the end of the insense stick into a keyring and inserting it upside down into the bottle' thers a hole screwed into it to let oxygen in to keep the insense lit the top of the bottle was wrapped with twine. The reason state was "engaged in activity deemed risky to other members" a perma ban with noone to talk to about it seems a bit harsh. And yes I am aware that there are other platforms. But I've been using ebay since I was a kid and this whole thing is as I stated in fact entirely absurd. So what does your comment add? Nothing.
