How do I move my book inventory from alibris.com to my ebay account? Is there a way to do that?

I would just list them and end the listings on the website you mentioned.

Considering that most books are slow sellers, very long tail items, I would just leave them on both sites.

You will get a bunch of links to tools that may be able to do what you want. I have no experience with any of them so I can't tell you if or which of these would work, how easy they are or how much they may cost (some claim to free).

Thank you, yes I ended up just not adding them as a file. It was not worth the time.

Books can be a quick list as the ISBN will give instant product info with images.
