What are the benefits of moving from a standard seller to having a store page?
Pro and Cons?

for starters you can get 10 percent off of final value fees

You can list in two categories at no cost instead of just 1 category if you don't have a store.

The most obvious difference is that you get more free insertions each month. For stores at the Basic level and above, you pay a lower final value fee rate in most categories. Other handy benefits include reporting functions and vacation settings.
The main con to watch out for is the "early termination fee" if you sign you for a store at the annual discounted rate and then decide to cancel it. So if you're not 100% certain, start out with a month-to-month commitment.

The main pro for a seller subscribing to a store is that it saves you on eBay fees IF your listing level is above a certain threshold (likely 100-150 listings).
The main con can be that sellers tend to get lazy with their inventory, and end up clogging their eBay shelves with items that just don't sell ... this can cause eBay to downgrade the attractiveness of your inventory, causing you to appear lower in search (eBay gives a search boost to sellers who sell ... and eBay gives a search attenuation to sellers who have a lot of stagnant items).

You don't need a store for that; you need to be a TRS Plus seller

No, you still get charged .10c for a 2nd category when listing.
Depending on the store, you get free listings. I get 500 for $60 a month. Plus get to use vacation, and have categories for customers to click on and see your items (on the side of you written description) if you choose to use them.

Pros-
Savings on listing fees
Savings on final value fees in most categories
Shipping supplies coupon for basic and above stores
Promotions manager- access to put items on sale and offer order/shipping discounts
The ability to organize your listings into your store categories for buyers who like to shop that way
Free access to terapeak for basic and above- if that's relevant to your category
Cons-
Locked into an annual contract with early termination fees- or pay a higher price for a monthly subscription
Added fees in some areas such as using scheduled listings
If you're one of the few who uses auction format then you need to know that the free auction listings included with your store subscription are only good for certain categories- outside of those categories you have to pay a listing fee.

I'd just like to add to your "pros"
Vacation Settings
Automated Feedback (Premium and above)

eBay has a whole page on their site devoted to this topic:

I haven't seen any benefits after changing over. Sales are lousy & getting worse over the last month. Most days are 0-3 sales (throughout the entire year of 2019). Weekends have been brutal. I'm not doing better with a store. Hope you have success with either route you take. Happy New Year! 🙂

Having a store does not have anything to do with getting more sales. How a seller makes their listings, depending on various factors, ie. descriptions, price, pictures etc., is what increases or decreases sales. Read the benefits others provided on the benefits of a store.
