im private small seller,. sellers who sell in the USA are subject to the BBE evaluation rules policy. I am registered with eBaycom, but I mostly sell on eBayde, and my buyers i refund was from eBayde. I refunded two buyers and received restrictions under the BBE policy, even though my account is 100% above standard. I don’t understand how that happened since the buyers were from Poland and France on eBayde and have nothing to do with eBay USA or ebaycom
How can I completely opt out so I’m not included in the BBE evaluation at all? I’m from Croatia (EU), and I sell very little in the USA—I'd rather not sell there at all if it triggers the BBE policy checksc.
also i want to know what if someone register on ebayde and not sell to usa is he also have BBE policy if he sells only in eu?

You are evaluated under BBE because you are an international seller registered on eBay it has nothing to do with where your buyer is from.
Unfortunately the only way to opt out of BBE is to stop selling on eBay.
When you refunded your buyers it was the same as a cancellation, those cancellations went against your BBE.

so i cant cancel transaction any way eaven if buyer ask me for or i will be restricted after only 2-3 refund for any reason in 12 weeks? so what now they restrict me for 30 days to recieve my money so what to do now stop selling 2 months this all pass?
this dont have any sense 0 feedback buyers i refund can cost me selling on ebay after years this policy is not ok at all , 100% above standard seller can lose account because of 2 cancelation because i dont sell alot and 2 cancel is big % for my account
With this, it’s also easy for competitors or someone you left negative feedback for to manipulate you. If you have cheap items, they can just buy 2–3 of them, open a return, leave negative feedback, and you get banned. Really bad from eBay.
so which countrys out this non sense rule?
Significantly Not as Described (“SNAD”) rate: the percentage of transactions where a buyer returned an item and gave a return reason “Item Not as Described”, including (a) “Doesn’t work or defective” (b) “Doesn’t match description or photos” (c) “Wrong item sent” (d) “Missing parts or pieces” (e) “Arrived damaged” (f) “Doesn’t seem authentic” (g) “Doesn’t fit my vehicle”.
so basically ebay force me to sell 0 feedback users who can easy ask for return as they dont read description i wrote and eaven if i'm 100% okey if they open few returnds i'm dead , but if i refund them as they are high risk of selling then again i will be punished because i refund them. this dont have any sense and its very easy to be banned

AGAIN... sellers here in the USA are NOT "subject to BBE evaluation rules policy"
We, the sellers based in the USA don't have your answers. Try posting on the German boards. They can probably answer your questions
