I see in my sellers account I can choose automatic feedback for the buyers. I click on the edit tab but nothing happens. When you have 30 to 50 sales a month do you really think I have the time to leave feedback for each one. It takes long enough just to take pictures put the listing up then when the item sells to pack it and get it to the post office. On top of eveything I just mentioned do I want to leave feedback which is MORE TIME, NO I DO NOT WANT TO. So I see on my account that there is automatic feedback GREAT just what I need BUT NO with ebay nothing is easy. Is there anywhere that explains how to use or set up the automatic feed back NO cant be found. Yet again I wasted time looking for how to use something on ebay. And is it easy to talk to someone from ebay , OK now were talking about ALOT of wasted time we all know how that works. You would think that ebay would bend over backwards for there sellers after all without us ebay would be nothing BUT AGAIN sellers are treated like the red headed step child. BUT if your a buyer you can do NO wrong "what ever you need Mr buyer dont worry we will take care of you" If your a seller you know its true. This is just 1 of the complaints I have for ebay. I am a top rated seller with 2 defects on my account that I cant dispute because there past 90 days even know BOTH disputes are WRONG. The 2 defects are 11 MONTHS OLD so once again I try to find how long the defects stay on my record GUESS WHAT YOU KNOW could not find the answer on ebay OR what if the defects are WRONG and its past 90 days how to appeal the defects. If there WRONG does not matter I should be able to appeal NO MATTER THE TIME LIMIT THEY ARE NOT TRUE. And here is another complaint to have the TOP SELLER BADGE with my listing (of course you have to be a top seller, I AM) 1-2 days handling time . No big already do that. But the second condition is STUPID. 30 day return on Items I sell. EBAY I SELL GRADED COMICS FROM CGC AND GRADED SPORTS AND TRADING CARDS FROM PSA ARE YOU SMOKING CRACK TO THINK I WOULD OFFER A 30 DAY RETURN ON GRADED ITEMS. Fine no problem but if I get a return it goes through ebays authenticator to make sure it has not been tampered with AND EBAY PAYS FOR IT. NOPE because I am a seller and ONLY BUYERS get there items authenticated. EBAY what happens if I sell a graded baseball card for $5000.00 and of course the buyer is going to get it authenticated through ebay for FREE. 2 weeks go by and the buyer wants to return the Item DO I THE BUYER GET TO HAVE THE CARD SENT BACK THROUGH FOR AUTHENTICATION?????? FOR FREE????? AND if not what happens if I get the graded card back and it HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH?????IS EBAY GOING TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AND REFUND ME $5000 I DONT THINK SO. AND even if ebay did send it back through to get authenticated I would STILL NOT offer 30 day returns on graded products. NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY OFFERS 30 DAYS RETURN ON GRADED SPORTS,COMICS,TRADING CARDS, NOBODY DOES THERE IS TO MUCH RISK AND TO MUCH MONEY INVOLVED.
