Can someone please explain why and how this is happening? I was just reading another thread, and the seller was being advised to call a supervisor or their account could be suspended for life.
How is this auto relist happening? I have 600 listings, how can I find out if it's happening to me?

I just found another one of my listings like this today. I sold the items months ago, and they sold again today. They are not in my inventory, and I had to cancel the order with the buyer and refund again. I will plan on calling Ebay customer service about this again this week when I get a chance. They found 8 items like that from April of 2018 that were like that which affected my seller performance score last month.
My suggestion to all sellers with this issue is to report it with customer service. If the technical people get enough feedback, maybe they will write a computer file compare program to compare the April 2018 listings with the automatic relistings and what has sold, to clean this up. That is what they need to do. I used to work in computers and I know it can be cleaned up. Whether they will do it or not is another matter altogether.

With 13 listings, it's not going to affect you.
All that is happening is that Fixed Price listings instead of ending in a given number of days and going on your Unsold List, will end after 30 days and automatically relist.
But you have Fifty Free Listings every month.
You could list another 30 or more items and still never pay a single listing fee, as long as you don't go over 50 listings in any given month.
If you decide to expand your business and have 100 items to list, you could subscribe to a mini-store for $7.95 a month and your next 50 items (after the Fifty Free) would be costing you 16 cents each month.
Basically, at this point with well under 50 listings, you won't pay a penny for listing. Ever.
Or until you decide to expand.
I have well over 50 listings, and have used GTC for years and years.
I do monitor my listings a couple of times a week, and close non-performing ones that are nearing their end date.
One group of sellers that will have to pay attention to the GTC listings are those with seasonal merchandise. But if they , for example, put up their Christmas ornaments in September, and close them on the 29th day of November listing, the only difference will be that they will not have to manually relist in October and November. One task instead of two.
