Auctions with Messages Error

My sellers page has a particular item that shows that there is a question about that item that needs a reply. However, the IS NO open questions about any of my items. I've answered all questions. I thought that it would update after a few minutes, but it's been like that for 2 days. Any ideas?

That is a glitch thats has been happening for a while now. Last happened to me 2 months ago.

gp to the menu on the right on the seller page, one of the options will be "mark as answered" and it will go away
