Item views still not showing

Any update on when the glitch with the item views may be fixed? I have had issues for about 3 weeks now - sometimes I have items with watchers that have had no views, and other times I just have --. And when the view count is visible it shows the same as 3 weeks ago - this is all so frustrating. We pay to sell on here and I don't think we are getting a fair deal - how can a big company like eBay have so many glitches that last for such a long time without resolve?? Don't they have IT guys that can fix it all?? I guess I'm a bit confused...thanks for your time.

Last I heard the approx was around the 4th (July). That might have slid by now..:) I know, it has a lot of people frustrated. I am wondering if they will eventually do away with view counts permanently? But for the time being, they say it is coming back. I guess only time will tell. Sorry I can't be more helpful. 

I just wanted to add that Ebay has said that views are still being counted, we just can't see it because of the glitch. So I would assume when the function returns in working order, live listings will be accurate as far as present watchers and views.
