why can't i see "views" for my active listings

Why are views blank  when I look at "manage active listings"?  Are customers not seeing my products ?

Is this due the recent change in how items are viewed in the new satore format?

Search has had dozens of problems since the Spring update in March. It's basically broken and impressions are being throttled on large stores. Best practices are not being rewarded with best match results (top of best match in most categories are being controlled by users not taking advantage of their best practice features).

Our top items went from 28k impressions, to 2k.

and one try the item has 10 views, refresh and it has 6.......

The site has had severe issues lately.  Ebay has been initiating changes and generally when that happens, views and sales drop.

I listed 5 items , within two hours the views on one said 15,000 ,, the rest zero . I went back and now nothing I've listed in three days has any views .  tulips

I think buyers can still see our products  but we just can't tell how many  have visited  . I've written to e bay about this issue twice now  asking when this will be fixed ?  The only way for us to check to see if anyone is interested  in what is listed  is in the viewership .  Now that its gone  and its pretty dissapointing .  There's a gliche somewhere  and as someone else mentioned the other day ,, you'd think e bay is a big enough rich enough company  to afford to fix  the problem ,, but days later we're still waiting . However one thing is for sure ,, there's never any gliches when it comes time to pay our seller fees . Tulips

I just mentioned this in another topic, but I have a theory that the cuase of these problems is corrupted data. 

The reason for this beleief is the issue they had with Gauranteed Delivery. Any GD orders for 2 days ended up having a ship by date of 1970! So all were marked late.

What if this happened during a time periods of people listing/relisting/sell similar/etc? What if the data on there is not visible, but invalid? What if any time you try relisting this item, the same data is brought over to the new item? 

Errors in viewership statistics, directly correlate to problems in the search algorithm. It would explain all the problems.

I have no evidence for this one. But it is one of the few things that would explain why so many user accounts are receiving throttled impressions, while a select few are still doing well.

I totally agree! If sellers are loosing $$ so is ebay and you would think they would be concerned.  I called them twice and was told they would be emailing their engineers.  I asked why their engineers were not in a room working this and not using email.  I also told they to haed over to the local elementary school and hire some new engineers who could fix this in 2 days.  Time for a class action law suite
