Auction sell go wrong

Hi , I listed an auction sell that ended on 21.11 1:07 , the winner said he paid and send me a photo that approve that but I didn’t get any payment and the product says - “Sold-Awaiting Payment” , what should I do in this case?

Re: Auction sell go wrong

Are you in managed Payments or using PayPal as the payment processor?  Have you gone directly to whichever account to see if there is a payment there? Given this is an international transaction, perhaps there is some delay in the payment showing on eBay. I don’t know. But you need to check.

Also, you have published your buyer’s personal information on a public forum. That is not allowed, and the name and address should have been redacted before you posted it. Contact the moderator to turn in your post so it can be removed.

I would presume you have not been paid, and the photo that was sent to you was FAKE.  File the unpaid item dispute as soon as you are allowed.

General comment. It amazes me how many people who are currently selling on ebay do not know simple things like when they have been paid.

@n.b.z.store. as the others have said you are being scammed.

Never ship until you log into paypal and see that it says payment received okay to ship.

File an unpaid item case:

You can file an unpaid item case as soon as 48 hours after sale. You have 32 days from date of sale to file the case to get your sellers fees back and give the non payer a strike on their account.

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/resolving-unpaid-items-buyers?id=4137&st=3&pos=1&quer...

Return to the case after at least 96 hours and select request fee credit> buyer has not paid.  THEN you relist

Add the buyer to your blocked bidder list

Re: Auction sell go wrong

DO NOT SHIP!!

the winner said he paid

No he didn't.

and send me a photo that approve that

No, it doesn't

Go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Because you are in Israel, you cannot do this for four days (96 hours) after the purchase.

After another four days (96 hours) if the cleared payment is not in your Paypal account, close the Dispute to get your fees back.

The scammer (yes, he is trying to defraud you) will not be able to leave any feedback.

Since you can only leave positive feedback, leave nothing.

Re: Auction sell go wrong

You can open an Unpaid Item case 48 hours after the listing ended and can be closed 96 hours after you opened it to reclaim your fees. You would open the case in the Resolution Center, link at the bottom of the page.  You would do this after you have confirmed that you had the correct paypal email address in your listing.

Re: Auction sell go wrong

Sounds like another scammer. If you were paid the money would be in your account or you would receive notice from eBay, not the buyer sending you "proof". I would cancel, block this person, and relist the item. Best of luck to you....
