Just had one of my auction taken down by eBay . Works Classic Clean Toilet Bowl Cleaner. When I do a search for this same product, I get results for over 20 items. So why was my auction taken down and not the other ones?

It did. But other auctions for the same products are still up on eBay. I am wanting to know why eBay take one auction down and not all of them

Do you also wonder why the cop pulled YOU over and gave YOU the ticket when everyone else was doing 80mph?

I understand why it was taken down. I just want to know why ebay let some of the auctions for the same products stay listed
Here is the message sent by ebay

Yours was removed but others remain is because yours was reported and the others haven't been reported, and may never get reported. Feel free to report listings that violate policy.

Sounds like your item is likely not safe to ship, which is why it shouldn't be sold via a mail order medium.
Feel free to report the other listings if you feel you've been wronged.

Ebay has millions of listings. Some violations fall thru the cracks. Feel free to report infractions if you find them. But don’t try to relist the pulled item— once you are on the eBay radar, the penalties become more punitive if a removed listing gets relisted and re-pulled.

It's like shooting fish in a barrel, you won't get them all at once.

I guarantee they removed it over a certain word in your listing title, I've seen many issues like this, thats all it is. Try rewording your title.

Have you ever been pulled over by a cop and received a speeding ticket and watched others driving just as fast or faster than your were go by while the cop was writing out your ticket? Sometimes, you're the one that gets caught, sometimes it's the other guy.
What reason did they give for pulling yours, if you don't mind my asking?

The cop/ticket analogy may be good, too a point. It is understandable to consider that there may be one or two cops on one side of a 5 mile stretch of divided freeway with 100s of cars going by every 15-30 minutes and there being only manpower and time to ticket one or two drivers in that period of time.
However the analogy is very weak and falls way far of short of appropriate since on ebay, if the powers that be wanted to - with their 'bots that 'could' crawl millions of listings in the same period of time and 'pull over' a much, much better percentage of 'forbidden listings' - could, probably scan the entire contents of their platform, a number of times, in a week - every week.
(personal opinion - your mileage may vary)
