After we listing an item, if we look at our own listings through the seller hub, is eBay counting that as impressions and page views, if it is yes, then how do we exactly know what our real impression is?

A long time ago I would visit my own pages to increase the number of views or if I happened to open an item to revise it the view count would go up by one each time. That worked for a long time but I believe ebay programmed the software to prevent that last year.
This practice reminds me of a song with the line "games people play"... That can be your earworm for the weekend.

Impressions mean nothing, zero, nada. But to answer your question, those fanatics who constantly check do get impressions for checking.
