My payments were on hold due to a return request; this item was never returned.  Wasting more of my time and money out of my pocket. Ebay never looked into it. I checked the tracking, another scam. Do they have a book for dummies out there how to rip of sellers on ebay and how to get away with it?

How long has it been? It seems like buyers get 'Forever + 1 Day' to return...

You might consider giving more detail, like dates, steps taken by both you and the buyer, reason for the return, whether buyer opened an official return request, what your statement regarding "tracking, another scam" means, etc.

Vague references to "[w}asting more of [your] time" or "Ebay [sic] never looked into it" aren't really very helpful in regard to providing any insight as to what happened with the transaction.

Your posts are becoming confusing.  Two threads talk about not leaving feedback for non-payers and this is about money on hold because of a return case.  If the buyer filed a return request, what was the reason that they used?  If NAD, did you furnish a return label?  If they didn't return it as per the MBG required, did you ask eBay to close the case?

I'm afraid we need more information if you want any sort of reasonable advice.

Nobody is getting ripped off!

If you accept the return but the buyer never sends it back eBay will close out the claim after 26 days of no activity and at that point will remove the hold on funds.

If your buyer used an alternate (other than the label you sent or it was altered)  "fake" tracking number to verify the return, and the case was closed in their favor as a result, there IS something you can do.  Let us know if that was the case.

YES!  There ARE lessons online that gives full instructions on how to get stuff off ebay!  They are within the policies so it's "legal" stealing!  How perceptive of you! I'm impressed!  That is one reason thefts are rising so fast here.
