Without sounding like a "Debbie Downer" or "Negative Nancy" (sorry to all Debbies & Nancys), this upcoming summer slow-down could have all the makings for one of the worst in many years due to obvious economic uncertainties. The timing of "cause and effect" could greatly impact discretionary spending, putting many vulnerable sellers at risk. Of course, this is just one guy's opinion. 😉

Regardless, what steps are you taking to minimize the impact to your bottom line this summer? Your incite will be helpful to other less experienced sellers.

RFK Jr has the same qualifications as everyone to run for Congress, the Senate and for President. Oh yeah, he already was running when the left did everything they could to rig the primary. Sad. He will have many qualified people that can get the answers he needs. 

What about Tulsi? Do you think she is a Russian asset? Do you believe she is the enemy?

I am sure you will not respond to those questions because many from the Islands know she is not any of those things. It is just more smear campaigns and purely political. Maybe you should ask Mazi about the Maui fire relief. I know many there that will/have lost everything because of the incompetence of their leaders. Hopefully they repaired the sirens that failed during the horrific disaster. Sad.

Trump does not like DEI because he wants the "best qualified" people for the job.

Yet he's bringing in the people for his cabinet that have absolutely no experience or business in the field.

Tulsi seems somewhat normal.

I just function the way I always do because the Summer months have always been slow for me in the 25 years I've been selling.  August usually been the worst month for sales for me.  January is usually the best month of the year for me.  But 2025 has not held that long standing stat for me.  Sales have been down to start the year.  Hopefully more improvements to sales are coming soon.  I'm doing OK, it just isn't what it usually is this time of year for me.

During the summer I run Markdown sales.  That sometimes helps.

I agree Tulsi is the enemy. That's the opinion I now have. Thanks for letting me know. too bad for 4 years we will have the enemy in office. I am really mad and angry and if only they would have listened to you. I support what the board supports.

It's been garbage for years outside of Christmas time.  Too much competition with online local auctions and market place.  It will be more of the same or worse this year.
