I am having issues finding the form(s) for filing an arbitration complaint against eBay. They keep removing listings as counterfeit that are not counterfeit and when I provide documentation, they fail to overturn the decision of their AI. I have contacted support dozens of times and they can’t do anything. There seems to be no way to have a human being evaluate a dispute.

You can't 'arbitrate' a VERO takedown. Goggle Vero and you'll understand.

What exactly do you think the outcome would possibly be? That you would get to sell on ebay again or somehow be given money? Most probable outcome is that you have to travel to a distant location, the arbitration finds against you in short order since ebay's terms allow them to end any listing they want for any reason, ban any seller and specifically states they owe you nothing, and then you will be on the hook for the arbitration fees. Oh and definitely would get a lifetime ban as well, no one continues to do business with people who seek legal action against them.

If Ebay is removing a listing due to the item being counterfeit then recommendations is to not list that item at all even though it may not be counterfeit. That decision is final. Ebay representatives will not be able to help you with this. So yes that was a waste of time. Find another website to list whatever you are trying to list.

What are the items?

It’s not a VERO takedown. Learn to read and maybe you’ll understand.

If I get banned, I get banned. The fact is that eBay AI is making decisions that are flawed and it’s affecting lots of people,
not just me. I’m tired of my items being removed wrongfully. And the only way to bring it to anyone’s attention at ebay is through action.

The problem is that new items keep getting removed and every time that happens I get banned from posting anything new. And the length of the ban increases. None of the items the counterfeit, they are all products I own the copyright to and that I created. All I want to do is bring it to the attention of a human being at eBay that can give me something other than a canned response. I have tried and tried to reach someone without luck. So at least if I file for arbitration, someone might contact me and ask what’s wrong, why did I do it.

Original pieces of art that I created and I own the copyright to.

I would recommend you keep attempting to list the items each time they are removed. Eventually ebay will get tired and let you do it.

Great find. So the listings are being reported and properly being removed.

To initiate the formal arbitration process against eBay, you must first send a Notice of Dispute form to their legal department. This is a mandatory precondition before you can file a formal claim with an arbitration provider.
The form is available as a PDF on eBay's website.
Goodluck.

Fan art using copyrighted characters.
Without permission from the copyright owner, it crosses the line into infringement and could lead to legal trouble.
Not sure what was taken down, but it was likely a major copyrighted character that the OP adapted into their own work and then was Vero on it.
