No views, no questions, nada. Oh well....gave me time to add another 10 listings. At least there's something.  More for no one to see....lol.

Anyone having an absolutely dead weekend?

I actually sold a lot of tiny Xmas ornaments that had only been listed a week or so, a perfectly cute Hallmark ornament that has been listed for 4-5 years, and a book. I LOVE selling books because when garage sale day comes most won't sell for 50 cents and this sold for $9 plus buyer paid shipping. The "picker upper folks" left a pink card on my stairs last week saying they'd be around tomorrow. Have 3 boxes of books that didn't sell at last garage sale and are too plentiful on eBay, plus a bag of clothes and one of no-name purses.  Don't care what they do with them or what charity they supposedly support. I can't work in my basement because Cliff moved boxes around when plumber had to access the drain clean out and now I can't tell what's where. The extra room will give me some breathing space.

Slow going so far.  Started the weekend Friday wih a $20 Montgomery Ward multiband radio over on Etsy.  Yesterday, a couple micro payment sales here (2 different stores), and woke up to another $20 sale here today, a wide Iron Gourmet paddle cuttingboard (which when I listed it, I had to refrain from calling it Twin Cheeks because I was selling it as housewares instead of in a more "fun" category).

Ah well, this is giving me time to get caught up more on mass photo shoots and write ups for stuff that had been awaiting processing and listing for literally years in some cases, plus getting in some good missioning in Star Trek Online.  May focus a bit on my one Captain over on the Klingon side (not a Klink himself, more of a Humanlike alien mercenary).  Looking forward to trying out his new ship from the Summer Event, the KDF Cosmic Thunder.  😄

If it works, sell it. If it works well, sell it for more. If it doesn't work, quadruple the price and sell it as an antique.

Same here...oh wait, 2 questions from a lady about size on a pair of shoes...size plainly in listing and they WEREN'T her size!!

Shoot....that was a close one....

I know...Right?? She said she's been looking forever for this particular pair of shoes!!

Wishful thinking. She was really really hoping the size in the listing was a typo.

Congratulations. I am always so glad to hear someone is selling. There is hope for the world.

Goodnight everyone. Twilight time is here for me.

As to weekend sales, not doing too badly - chugging along at 5 so far, but one of those was a combined sale I had to work at. 24 items in one custom listing = )

I'm really not complaining...overall the past few weeks haven't been too bad...I've been busy with other things too so haven't devoted as much time as I wanted to actually list...just a few things here and there. The bonus and surprise of late, I have sold quite a few things that have been listed a looong time, so was glad to get those out the door to a new home.

No action other than a request from a would-be buyer who asked me to discount an item that was already discounted by 25%. I scanned and listed all weekend, so maybe something will give.

I am in exactly the same spot and I am freaking out. I usually do really well in
October and November, but now I have almost nothing selling. I have tens of thousands

of dollars invested in stuff that has always sold, but now, for some reason, isn't. I am really worried
and don't know what to do.

Dead. No sales. Single digit views. I think I'm on the bad girl list again at Ebay. I had one recent week where views were like they were a few years ago, more than 1 watcher (whaa???), and actually had an item go with two different people bidding!

The switch for me was on for that brief week, then darkness for me, off I go to the corner to wait my turn for sales again. Usually takes around 8 months to a year. Sigh

Starbucks coffee mug~~GREAT!!  I know what you mean.  I sold a pan yesterday I picked up at Goodwill for $5.99~~sold for $70.00.  I would have never known anything about these pans except that I had one sitting on a shelf for years in my pantry so decided to sell it last month~~it sold for $80.00.  Other than that it was a good week end for a small seller like me~~I have 10 going out today so far.

I sold three things this wekend.  That is slightly better than average.  I'll take it -- hopefully it will open the floodgates for this upcoming week.

Happy 2018! May this upcoming year be a prosperous one!

Anyone having an absolutely dead weekend?

I did notice a strange thing yesterday.  I had 2 packages I shipped on Thursday~~1 to N.J  & the other to FL.~~ that were delivered Sunday by USPS.  I posted about it and some thought that USPS may be delivering packages on Sunday due to Amazon packages having to be delivered.  I just found it strange since it isn't even close to the Christmas rush yet.

I did read somewhere that USPS is starting to deliver on Sundays in select areas, as a regular service. In one of their blogs (might even been somewhere on here) they were stating they were working on a "deal" with a major company, or something to that effect, to have regular Sunday deliveries.
