Anyone else getting "There is an issue processing your request." on offers?

I've tried every which way, via various links and situations, but each time I try to make an offer to a buyer for an item that they asked a question about, with the "new  feature", it won't let me submit the message and comes back with "There is an issue processing your request." in red at the top but it is not any more specific what the problem is. Any ideas, experience, solutions? It COULD be my browser or OS, but thought I'd check before investigating that route..

What I found works is to right click on the button to open the link in a new tab or window.  I've been getting this error lately when trying to submit offers on items.  If, however, I right clicked on Make Offer and opened the link in a new tab or window, I didn't get the error.

The right clicking doesn't work on the "Accept Offer". 😞

Yes this work for counter offer as well. First i open the offer in a new tab and then i open make a counter offer in a new tab as well 🙂
