I came across this listing by mistake. I saw the pictures that I created for my listing and clicked on it, only to find out that another seller was using the pictures and my item specifics from my listing on their own listing.
Then it seems the they sold two of these items.
Fraudulent listing?
Does eBay do anything now that their auction is over? If this seller has an issue with the sale and people see my pictures, then they will think it was me? My listing is eBay item number 225325911691 . The other seller's eBay item number was 374422544166 .
Thoughts anyone?

When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our user agreement, to use your images, videos and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalog, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings.
You may contact the seller and ask them to remove your image or text if it is not part of the eBay product catalog.

Since they look like company that released the toy may have made them he likely took it and did not think about it.
Seller you are reffering to has no bad feedback and only uses stock photos so its quite understandable that it was a mistake - did not realize that you made them.
Ps. Ebay owns your photos now, anyone can use them really.

I once stumble across a listing that was a mirror image of mine. Every word, font, pic, etc. They just copied and pasted.

Since it's a new item and it doesn't appear either listing is stating new other for damage, then I wouldn't worry about the photos. I would worry about them undercutting my price, though. What makes it fraudulent in your mind?

I create all the graphics and colors in my listings. You will not find these anywhere else the way I put them together... These are not stock photos. Maybe I should not make them so nice.

People steal my photos of beauty products all the time. It's annoying but it's not illegal and not against eBay rules.

the lazy sellers will copy photos!
I have one listing that I'm aware of that another seller has copied a photo. I asked them to remove, but they won't, so I just stated in my listing about the issue to possible buyers.
I did notice the copied photo they have is not as clean and crisp as mine. I also pointed that in my listing.
The funny thing is the other photos the seller posted along with mine show a similar but different item and it is dirty and has a different base / stand.

I've had that happen as well and it makes me crazy. Guy used my exact everything for a magnet in "deep regal colors." The only problem is that he was selling a black and white magnet that looked nothing like mine. He must have used the sell similar button so even the feedback about the items are linked. He did eventually change the long description and I have learned, in the words of Elsa, to let it go.

Same happened to me! It's just not ethical! Another seller copied my photos and used them in their own listing. I happened upon their listing by mistake. We had the identical item for sale. I could easily tell they were my images right down to the ring light reflections on the glass. I put a conscientious effort into creating a listing that best represents what I'm offering for sale. My time and effort has value, and for someone else to take advantage of this is unethical. I don't work for them, they need to put forth effort just as I do. IT'S JUST WRONG! I contacted ebay and their response was next to nothing. I'm so upset about this! Do I have to police my own listings to be sure another seller is not using my images! Crazy!
What can I do? I want to quit ebay. This is only one issue, among others, I have with selling on ebay!
So frustrated!
