Did you mean:

Another first

I ship these things in cardboard boxes so they don’t get smashed in transit. Here’s a buyer who is complaining that when they opened the box he saw the top dented in wanting me to resolve it. I already told him to return for refund. Should I also tell him that he can probably push it back out from the inside of the hat or maybe his head will do that when he wears it? Chalk it up with the few times I got complaints that the shirts I shipped were wrinkled when I folded and packed them.

Yes as that would be a sure fire way to cause a conflict that the seller is likely to lose.

If you didn't understand, it was a very heavily sarcastic remark.  Obviously it is a return for refund situation.  Not every comment here is to be taken literally.

I don't know you therefore there was no way for me to know that it was sarcasm.  Many speak like that or similar on the threads and it isn't sarcasm.

It's an acquired skill, or common sense. But I speak from my heart, even though I often misread and post because I just need to say something.

That is simply not the truth.  IDK if you think I have "common sense" or not.  And whether you agree or not, there are plenty of posters that post similar things are various threads that are not said sarcastically.  So I simply didn't know.  It really isn't any more than that no matter what you want to make it into being.

Re: Another first

So here's an update. Buyer returned the item and check it out. Nothing wrong with it and the buyer actually popped the dent back out for me before sending it back. Thanks for the SNAD ding ebay.
