I pay to promote my items and literally NONE sell organically anymore. Sales have absolutely fallen off a cliff, not slowed, but died, in the last couple weeks. I search a generic "Victoria's Secret panties" and have scrolled through 16 pages and NOT ONE of my listings show up! I see repeats of other sellers' items but not a ONE of mine. Is there a way to remove the promoted option in bulk editing? I'm done promoting at 8%-10% when you don't even SHOW my listings! Dirtbags!

Have you tried logging out and searching?
Maybe they don't see a reason to show the sellers own items in a search.

@kensgiftshop Thank you for your reply. I actually did the search from a different account, unrelated to my seller account. Cause when I'm in my seller account it does actually show my listings when I search.

@yellow-snapdragon when u click on 'active listings' from seller hub, there is a row showing your promoted listings with an edit button. u can check the top box to choose all your listings that u want to edit.

School clothing may be more of a top priority on people's shopping list right now.

@krazzykats I had the same thought but when I search "solds" in my category, they are still selling... more expensive items than mine as well. Plenty of sold VS panties.

I’d take a closer look at the solds.
Could they be offering more promotions like "buy 2, get 1 free" or "buy 3, get 25% off"? Or maybe they’re using higher promotion rates than you are?
I had to increase my own promotion percentage to get more views since even 10% won’t generate views on some items.

When you pay to promote it's not just the search rankings that come into play. Your listings may appear in similar listings to lure buyers.

A search for "Victoria's Secret panties" brings back 94,000+ search results.
I can't understand why yours isn't on the first page.

I didn't say you were bothered by your items not being on the first page, If you bothered to read my post.
Here's a helpful comment:
There are 94,000+ of them for sale. Don't expect to find them on the first page, the 16th page or the 160th page.

Comes down to demand and pricing. Buyers are just not looking to purchase what you are selling right now at the prices you asking for. Are you constantly listing stuff or not doing any new listings? You need to start listing stuff daily.

I replicated your search terms
Best Match sort
240 listings per page
Total matches +/- 91,000
You had 1 listing on page one
You had 2 listings on page two
You had 1 listing on page three
I kept going until page 19 but didn't find another one but that is only 4,560 listings still over 80,000 more to look at (which I will not be doing).
FYI - None of the 4 listings shown were sponsored, all organically ranked in Best Match.

If anything eBay needs to push non promoters down.
I want more for that % I'm giving up.
