Another Promotion glitch

I received in Messages - 200 Free listings from 6/21 to 6/25.

Not seen on my Promotion page.

I went back to message and activated it. It returned that I had already activated it. I hadn't.

I relisted 1 item. It denoted no fee even though I had no free listings left.

The 38.00 was your Final Value Fees...those aren't free...The insertion fee is free, that means you have to pay to list your item...you are always charged FVF

I am experiencing the glitch as well and reported it to eBay via phone this morning. I was told they would work on it but where it is in terms of priority is unknown. Other forum members have claimed that while unable to see the promotion, you still won't be charged.

Same here. I talked to eBay Help; they acknowledged the glitch and said it would likely be fixed "in a day or so."

The 200 free listings promo showed up in my eBay messages and in my promos section in Selling Manager.

Maybe just Seller Hub having an issue showing it?

Haven't activated it to see if any glitchiness. Will do so tomorrow when at desktop and can document it (as I always do with anything eBay for CYA reasons)
