Annoying eBay promotion.

     This is becoming real annoying. It pops up every time I open up my seller hub. I have tried several of the suggestions to get rid of it nothing has worked so far. EBay must be desperate to get people to sign up for this and I can totally understand why they would. More money in their pockets.

 I signed up for it to stop the box showing every time I opened the website.  Don't have to use it though.

Yeah, it started a couple days ago and it's super annoying.

Initially it appeared a couple weeks ago and one click of the X got rid of it. But starting on Friday it won't go away. I have cookies enabled, even cleared them and my cache to start fresh, but hitting the X only disappears the box from Seller Hub Overview page temporarily. As soon as you refresh the page it's back. Doesn't matter which browser you use.

Hey devon@ebay - can you ask TPTB to do something about this? 😁

I did what others have suggested.  Go to Customize  your  Seller's Hub.  Then take the box and drag it to the bottom on your display.  It won't get rid of it, but it will be so far at the bottom that you won't see it again.  At least for me, I never see it anymore.

Used the "personalize" to drag mine to the bottom. I do not buy/sell on the same account, so will never use those available funds for eBay purchasing.

Iv'e said itbefore and I'll say it again, They are sociopaths doing this.   They have no empathy or caring.  They don't care that we actually need to do work and we don't need their constant distractions and interruptions.   I should be working now, but their grotesque arrogance (again, I complained about this last week) has me here ticked off and I probably wont get anything done.  Just tell us you're raising fees to 25% or we don't get viasibility and be done with it.   I'm sick of the constant DOS_level software herding behavior.

I know. What's the point of allowing us to close it out if it's just going to keep popping up every time the screen reloads. 

Also!  How many amateur sellers are going to get into trouble by overbuying before they calculate how much they have to pay in taxes.  I foresee a lot of people getting in trouble with Uncle Sam because they spent too much of their earnings on ebay.

They're making it too easy to go broke.

Heard that.  I'd rather do business with someone I know is a crook up front rather than all the deception.

Just be honest about how much I have to pay for your service to WORK!  I'm here to make money!  I'm here to RUN A BUSINESS!

Is it really too much to ask for some freedom and organic growth?  Forward motion?  Hard work = big gains?

Get your foot off our necks!  Enough with the backdoor throttling!
