I just upgraded my basic store subscription to Anchor Subscription. How do I get dedicated support and email support?
This is an emergency. I need to talk to dedicated support badly. I called customer support, and the rep couldn't help me.
Can someone please help?

I just tried that phone. It said they were very busy, and I was transferred. Is that normal?

After a holiday and due to all the glitches, I am sure the wait must be very long.
Is it something maybe someone here in the meantime could help you with?

Well @bjj_dolphin_boldhi_jkd_4, the site is having major technical issues so I would guess ALL customer support reps and departments are swamped.
What is the problem you are having? There's many knowledgeable seller/posters here. Maybe we can help.

I am selling a product with a private UPC Code for almost 4 years with over 290 reviews/rating. Only my product has this particular code. Reviews took me 4 years to earn. They were all disappeared after I updated the quantity last week.
I called Customer services twice, and they were clueless. They never called back. I found a seller with the same exact problem under the ebay discussion "eBay Reviews Dissapearing / Gone Missing"
He (Lupo-Store) lost almost all his reviews on 50 listings. I emailed him, and he told me to talk to dedicated support immediately. Only upper technical support can understand the situation.
Apparently other sellers used my private UPC code to either gain acess to my reviews and sell a different product.
I am panicking at the moment. I have 1000s of inventory coming in. Without my reviews, I can lose my entire business.

I may be wrong, but dedicated support ended in 2008 as far as I know. It used to be a good thing - even had dedicated email options. And you are right, most phone reps are not so well trained, especially on technical issues. The best bet you have is to call between 8 and 11AM Utah time weekdays - unless one of the tech savvy responders see this post. Those hours seem to get you a live, well trained eBay staff person most of the time. Else you are likely to have your call directed to either the Philippines or India to speak with a third-party call center employee.
I am thinking your issue is like that of many - just another glitch. Have you posted to the tech support board?

I don't know how to get to the tech support board. I am new on Ebay Forum. Customer support won't give me an email or phone number? CS just escalated the case, but nothing happened since last week.

OMG, I just paid $349 just to upgrade to Anchor. On Ebay, it stated that Anchor memebers receive dedicated support.

I have no choice because I need to talk to a dedicated support. I need to explain to the "structural Data" team about the situation. The average customer support doesn't understand my problem.

One more for you @bjj_dolphin_boldhi_jkd_4... If that doesn't work, try calling the main eBay CS number and ask to be transferred to Technical Support as the issue you are having requires you to talk to someone on the "Structural Data Team."

Thank you Livadia and other members! I tried and tried for last 2 weeks with no success because most sellers don't understand what I was talking about.
I finally got through with that number, and I talked to a staff that undestood my problem exactly!
I can finally lay down and take break.
