Hi, I've recently sold 18 bottles of engine oil on ebay. Buyer paid no problem. I packaged them myself so know they were definitely all there. Today upon delivery I have a message saying that 4 were missing, and sure enough a photo to 'prove' this. The weird thing is, he is now no longer a registered user. Doing a member search on ebay brings up his profile, and it says he was a member since the 13th Feb 25, (the day he purchased from me) but only 3 days later he had de‐registered?! He is now messaging asking what I am going to do about this issue. Has anybody had a similar experience?
