Am i able to sell an item if it has nsn

Hi, I acquired some tools that I found at a garage sale but have a NSN, am I able to sell them?

     In what context are you referring to when you say NSN? Are they just stamped with NSN?

So it has like some numbers on them, I looked them up and they are some type of national stock number

     That was what I suspected. Items that were at one time part of the Federal Government inventory. The government sells off excess property all the time and these end up on second hand markets. I don't believe eBay has any restrictions against selling NSN labeled items and if they are government surplus I doubt the government would either.

There used to be whole stores that sold off Government Surplus...I doubt if it's an issue.

Not a problem. You can sell them.

In past years I would go to government auctions monthly.   Sold lots of government issued stuff on ebay.   You should have no problems selling your stuff.
