Why is it showing all my listings as being not eligible to promote. I have a premium store and I am in good standing. So I am unsure why all of a sudden I can't promote my listings from the listing dashboard page.

We have the same issue, but the problem only shows up when we log in on a PC laptop. All the listings say "Not eligible to promote". But on our iPad, every item has the Promote option.
Hi adsteam@ebay , can you help us resolve the same issue? We have 10 says " Not eligible to promote" from all of our 13 listings. We want to be able to promote all of them. Please help, thank you!
