Zero.

Ads on ebay cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Why not just list your items and sell them like everybody else?

Do not pay for ads.

It is free to list up to 250 items on eBay.

When you learn more about how eBay really works, you might decide to opt in to the Promoted Listings programs at the lowest possible rate (2% of your customer's payment) which is only due if the Promoted Listing sells.

Your best advertising is the 82 FREE keystrokes in your title and the photographs you use.

Spend nothing - get started listing and selling first.

If you mean using promoted listings.........I think you have to have some successful sales before you can use it......

That said........on your one listing now........  you need to state the size of the coaster........and better yet make a listing for a total of 4 coasters........  What is anyone going to do with one?

I would accumulate some sales first before considering paying for advertisements here. As others have posted you get 250 free listings per month.  You may want to be more descriptive in your title as well as your description.  You've got the same description in the title that you have in the description.  4 words? How large is the coaster? Who makes it? How old is it?    That's how you get sales.

Good luck and Happy Selling!

$14.75 to ship a $3.00 coaster? You realize you will be paying a final value fee on the shipping too?

The main things that will get you traffic to your ebay store is number 1, you NEED to be selling something that people WANT and are IN DEMAND. Second, you need to have a very good title, title structure, keyword placement and keywords.(having a strong title is the most important in my opinion) Having a title that says "multi color ceramic coaster" is not going to do well at all. Nothing in that title is going to get you pushed up to the top in search. Think of how the customer would search for that. Do some research to see what other titles look like and what the sold comps are so you can get a better idea. Lastly, nobody is going to purchase that coaster because you have the shipping at $16+. Please do some research and read up on eBay on how to use this platform before start and continue to sell here. Maybe watch some youtube videos on how to use ebay. Good luck.

IMHO that's a bit like asking "What kind of vehicle should I buy?"

The answer might be an electric bicycle or a dump truck, depending upon your history, your situation and your needs.

Also, the first assumption I would question is whether you need to buy ads at all.

The listing you have shows $16.10 shipping to my location.  Why would I pay $19.10 for ONE coaster???

You need to think through what you’re doing and what people are going to be willing to pay.
