Messages not delivered on app

Hi,

I'm seeing "message not delivered" when I try sending to anyone through the app. From the desktop they seem to go through, but I'm not getting responses like I would expect. One of them is a to a buyer that provided an incomplete address and their items are being returned to me. It's been three days with no response to my message about it. Can I try testing with someone here to see if it's working?

Nevermind. One of the buyers responded, so it looks like it's just a problem with the app.

hi.. did your situation ever get resolved?  I'm having same problem on app.. messages are not being delivered.
