Account switched to eBay Australia(?) when Managed Payments started?

I noticed that all my communications for one of my eBay accounts are coming from eBay Australia,

including my managed payments. This account was recently turned on for managed payments.

I have 4 accounts, all now on managed payments. Only one was switched. Any ideas how to fix this?

OK now it seems that ALL  of my accounts are screwed up - even my store ID (under deep_purple_katharine).

The store account has been on managed payments for quite some time and I have made no changes to it.

However, now my sales notifications are coming with a heading of 'eBay Australia'. This had to have happened last week when my 3 non-store accounts were switched over to managed payments. Come on man, I cannot fix this on my own. I need assistance. I believe this may be affecting the amount of money you are paying me due to currency conversion but I have not had time to check in depth. May I please have some help?

All 4 of my accounts are tied to the same bank account which is a bank in Pennsylvania. Gosh this is annoying, I have better things to do with my time.

It’s possible that the account is fine but that the wrong heading is on the emails? If you look at your payout in sellers hub that should tell you if there is any currency conversion going on.  If not, then it is less urgent and it will hopefully  straighten itself out.

Here is a quick photo of what I am talking about. All my communications from eBay have a heading of

'eBay Australia'. Possibly a problem in the email generation - but I found it strange that all 4 of my accounts

would be affected. I did look closely and do not yet see any 'conversion' fees, but will continue to monitor. I did get a call back from the Help Desk and the girl was very nice, but did not know how to fix. I forwarded her the picture and she said she would forward it to IT department.  Thank you for your response

Your accounts weren't switched to Australia. Previously, eBay used a spam service in Europe to send eBay messages. Now eBay does load balancing, and sends administrative messages from whichever server has the free capacity. So you will get your eBay messages from varying countries.

I can live with this I suppose but it is dang confusing.  I really do not think this is the 'norm' now. If thousands of U.S. eBayers were getting these emails with the 'eBay Australia' header there would be

a lot more discussion here on this board (in my opinion). I do appreciate your time and your helpfulness.
