Hello,
I need assistance with my eBay account, vlk2006. I have been selling on eBay for nearly 13 years and maintain a status as a top seller with 100% positive feedback.
Four days ago, my account was restricted due to four non-delivery cases that were opened in a short period. However, these cases were closed by the buyers themselves without eBay's intervention because the orders were ultimately delivered. The non-delivery cases pertained to one type of product, which I believe was incorrectly categorized as an issue because the items were returned to me as the seller.
Please review my account restriction more closely and reinstate my seller privileges, allowing me the opportunity to correct this metric.

Im sure you received a message or email from eBay telling you why and giving you contact information.
FB doesnt matter and since eBay has started giving everyone positive FB if the buyer doesnt leave any... FB is even less important.
