So I cop a 3 day suspension as follows, Your account has been restricted because activity on it didn't follow our Police-related items policy. Police and emergency response uniforms, equipment, or accessories can’t be sold on eBay.

What activity didn't follow the policy

The shield or star shaped badge patch that you listed could be used to impersonate a law enforcement officer. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site, but we must ask that you please not relist in this case.

But guess what the experts did, was not shield or star shaped in fact it was a FIRE EMS patch tried to argue the point but the people have no powers and really no interest in helping

Interesting.  Wait, I didn't mean another suspension.  It would have been a WARNING, not a suspension.  They just don't typically jump to a suspension.  Very Odd.  BTW it wouldn't have had to of been specifically for this item but of one with a similar infraction.

As others have suggested.  I would really spend time ASAP with what you currently have listings and see what does and doesn't adhere to policy.  If you get another infraction, the suspension will be longer.  Again and it could be permanent.

Just so you know - Australia has the same rules regarding selling of these items, so I would do as suggested and remove before it is too late.

Ebay will not help you and on top of that will be throttling your listings down so you can expect a large drop in sales as well
