What activity didn't follow the policy
The shield or star shaped badge patch that you listed could be used to impersonate a law enforcement officer. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site, but we must ask that you please not relist in this case.
But guess what the experts did, was not shield or star shaped in fact it was a FIRE EMS patch tried to argue the point but the people have no powers and really no interest in helping

No they won't help. They aren't paid enough to care.

Here is the link to the policy:
Did you review the policy wording? The police-related policy also covers government agencies and emergency services. Which includes fire services.
Whatever you do, do not relist the item, if you value your selling privileges. eBay is notorious for giving the greenlight to other projects just to have them be removed again and a stiffer penalty levied against your account.

It says emergency services and you said it was an EMS patch.
Seems to be a violation
No one you will ever get a hold of has any policy authority.

I see that you have other badges with the word POLICE on them. If I were you, I would be thinking about removing them (and Emergency services) as well. Even they are not ' relists' but you got one warning. Once ebay bot come across your other similar items (or someone reports you), there is a likelihood they will simply close your store. In the meantime, I would make sure that whatever I sell, complies with ebay policy. I bet there are thousands of similar patches on ebay, but, as a potential argument, it is irrelevant. Ebay CS is horrible, but try to contact them via facebook twitter, to make sure what you are selling is allowed. ebay shoots but never ask later.

With all of those patches and the word police, I'm amazed it was only 3 day suspension. Many of those look like real police patches. Maybe this is not the best site to sell them. Goodluck.

The Carpenters 'We've Only Just Begun' comes to mind...........

Sellers don't get a 3-day suspension unless they've relisted an item that's been pulled more than once. The next suspension usually is for 7 days ... then 30 days ... then permanent suspension.
It looks like most of what you have listed are banned items ... and you have such a high feedback score. Are you not concerned about permanent suspension?

The OP maybe flirting with disaster. There are four similar posts in the OPs forum profile where the OP states he has been suspended for the same thing. The first post in 2016, two posts last year and todays.
Some people have to learn the hard way.

What do you mean by “non shield shape” patch? Several of your patches do indeed have shield shapes.

thats what an ebay person told me to put

It is their site and their rules. They aren't going to get in a back and forth with you on this. They will error on the side of caution because it is such a big problem.
Typically Ebay doesn't hand out a 3 day suspension on a first notice. Did you get warned before and then tried to sell it again?

What does that have to do with anything @mn467462 . I don't understand? IMHO it is a good rule. But that is just my opinion.
