Hello,
Im a new seller on ebay, & I was doing well. Until my account got restricted by ebay for some customer complaints, due to shipping times. Ive been working with ebay & my customers to correct this problem, but it still hasn't been resolved. My account is still restricted. How long does this process usually take? Its been nearly 2 weeks. Help

Dropshippers are required to give the location of the item not of the seller.
This is so that the buyer can judge how long delivery will be and if customs fees will be due on arrival.
Selling, describing, photographing, quality, packaging and delivery are the responsibility of the dropshipping seller, who has no control over any part of describing, photographing, packaging and delivery.
If the buyer is unhappy with the describing, photographing, packaging, quality, and delivery and opens a Dispute, the dropshipping seller must settle the dispute usually by refunding the buyer in full. The supplier will not refund the seller for this.

Your feedback rating (64%) and DSR stars ratings seem to tell a different story that as you see it. While FB & DSR ratings don't not figure into a sellers evaluation it does provide info to prospective buyers. Certainly the 5 cancelled orders & and claims of items not received (some with no buyer refunds) indicated will result in a high defect rate on your account . There maybe be more than the buyers haven't reported thru a FB. You need(ed) to resolve your buyer issues pronto w/o eBay getting involved in the resolution. My guess you will hear something no later than on the 20th of this month. That is the date all sellers are evaluated each month and every month. eBay is the final judge & jury.

Seller is showing 63 sold items since April and you are probably right that there were more issues that didn't involve Feedback.
My thought is they just jumped into selling without gaining required knowledge. So sad.

It sounds like your on time shipping rating is past the 7% area. You can probable find out your reason for the restriction from the eBay message you got, but you can also look at your seller dashboard and review your monthly ratings and see where the issue is.
It more than likely is your shipping issues. I do not know how long your restrictions are for but they probably will stay active until you get your shipping ratings below the minimum threshold eBay has. Your seller dashboard should be able to help you with this. None of us can see this area. Only you have access to your seller dashboard.

As you've found out, dropshipping from China is not a good idea.
When you list the items as being in the US and they are shipped from China, that causes a lot of problems.
As far as the restriction, it could be awhile.

FYI Still having a difficult time of trying to decipher what you meant. How about shedding some light as to the real what you meant. BTW that catch was rather easy, your unique sentence was the only one in bold blue font and I don't write like that.

If you plan on continuing to droppship fro china make sure you put in the correct location and actual handling times. You have a long road ahead with so many negative feedbacks. It doesn't look good.

There may be more buyers who did not leave FB expressing their disappointment.
Added for clarity:
We also cannot see Disputes opened by unhappy buyers
nor can we see if those Disputes were ended with a seller refund,
ended with a late delivery which was not the fault (but is the responsiblity) of the seller,
or if the buyer was refunded by eBay and the seller received a Defect and had their account debited with the refund.

Nice call. Always enjoyed our neighbors to the North or South if one travels to Windsor via the Bridge or Tunnel. Grew up in the Down River area of the state that looks like a hand. The U. P. is hard to do when one is a '44 model.
