Account Restricted

Hello,

 

Im a new seller on ebay, & I was doing well. Until my account got restricted by ebay for some customer complaints, due to shipping times. Ive been working with ebay & my customers to correct this problem, but it still hasn't been resolved. My account is still restricted. How long does this process usually take? Its been nearly 2 weeks. Help

You have some unhappy buyers and a very poor feedback percentage along with low DSRs. All of that will need to age off before your account is in good standing again.

eBay does not like unhappy customers.

Those are your words.  Look at Message #4, 4th Line.

 

We all have 'off' days/evenings/nights and it's OK.  I had to get some sleep before 'checking' things out with this discussion.

Looks to me like you took one of those online courses on how to make money on eBay by dropshipping  from China. Trust me, it does not work. Having control of what you sell is critical for survival on eBay. Especially controlling delivery times.

Did the e-mail that you got from Ebay not inform you of how long your account was being restricted for ?

 

From what I have read in thee message threads over the years, I was under the impression that the length of the restriction was always indicated in the restriction notice.
