Good day. My account was blocked due to some unknown activity. Although I don't understand what the reason is at all. I provided copies of my documents. Now I need documents for the goods I purchased. Does this comply with the rules of the trading platform?
Best wishes, Vitaly.

Was this thru the US site? If so, yes it does. Ebay may sometimes do this to sellers based on what type of items they are listing.
You also should have gotten an email notifying you of the violation. If you can't find it, go to your ebay message section and click on the "HIGH PRIORITY" filter.

I searched in eBay messages by turning on high priority. But I didn't find anything there. The first time I received a letter that my account was suspended and I had to provide documents for identification. But the message didn't contain any links to download documents. But after correspondence, they provided me with a link for documents. I sent what was required of me the first time (a statement on my credit card), then the next time I provided copies of my passport and a new statement on another credit card. Now I need documents for the purchase of my goods. I haven't been trading on eBay for many years and there haven't been any problems. I haven't deceived anyone. Tell me what I should do?

I have products listed on the American and German marketplaces.

Is eBay asking you for manufacturer invoices or receipts?
When was the last time you sold on eBay? And what were you selling? "New" merchandise?

So ebay asked for invoices for all the items I bought. Last minute sales were a bit weak. I mainly sell metalworking abrasive diamond and metalworking tools. At the last moment I have not put new goods up for sale yet. At the moment there was a bit of uncertainty due to the war in our country, so I did not make any new purchases.

Invoices for all the "new" items you bought... since the time you started selling years ago?
Or invoices for everything?
I'm not trying to pry, but without details it's difficult to understand what eBay seeks.

Thanks... this is the operative sentence:
Unfortunately, after reviewing the submitted documentation we noticed that it was either incomplete or illegible.
Only you know what eBay is talking about.
