How to solve this issue?

@mrpdcooler09   If you're not using a VPN or proxy, it could be corrupted files in your cache causing an access denied error. Try clearing everything, cache, cookies, history, etc. (you don't have to clear passwords or anything), then reboot your device and see if that clears the error.

Also, try opening a new browser in "incognito" mode and try it that way.
It works for me sometimes.

Try another browser to rule out a particular browser issue.

"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error; not sure about when listing, though.

As a previous poster said, if you are using a VPN, try disabling it.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try paying (listing?) using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
