AI trucking everyone's online activities ,collecting and storing ,analyzing behaviors and making ridiculous decisions to punish peoples like shadow banning on multiple platforms affecting visibility of selling items .
Promoting your items can make eBay happier but if you sell cheap used items with small margins it is not worth it.

"SORRY HUMAN CUSTOMER. THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN."
Ice cream machine is never broken. The employees just don't want to clean it.
The machine stops allowing itself to used after so much time to force cleaning it.
So it just sits there.
Ai would do a much better job at making sure ice cream is avaliable.

Clearly you not reading my posts .Its not make any sense to bot.
Read again if you a human
You posted some comments. I responded. Clearly you don't want to answer my questions, instead, you deflect.

There is a clear pattern i can see. There is a backdoor communication Between Social Platforms like YouTube, Facebook and others and eBay. Clearly AI not only monitors behavior ,trying to take control of some of your actions ,but also creates boundaries to make you behave by affecting your selling performance. Many peoples got no idea what AI is capable of doing today !

I responded:
WHAT? Backdoor??? Why?? As far as I know they use the Front Door.
Ebay has a presence on Facebook, YouTube and other Social Platforms. They don't hide it !!!!
In fact on a couple Social Platforms Ebay has Customer Services help for the Ebay site.
Again, not sure what the heck this has to do with why you started this thread. You simply do not make any sense at all. Seems everything you don't like or understand is caused by AI and some conspiracy to do something in the shadows.

I don't use Ebay because I want to, it's because I have to.

No one has to use eBay. You want to use it because of the benefits it offers you, whether you like everything about it or not.

I was watching specific types of videos and was commenting sometimes and discover a pattern. After some comments posted my sales dropped to 0. In few days all returned to normal operations with normal usual daily sales.
My guess is AI is flags me and trying to change my behavior.

Like all big organizations, Ebay has lots a unqualified parasites in upper and middle management who ruining efficiency of operations and screwing buyers and sellers by allowing Scammers feel good.
Plus bad trained AI making things much worse by shadowing those who no spend money on promotions...
I was in Europe and see wasteful and useless Ebay advertising everywhere costing lots a money and wonder is this comes from sellers promotions funds ? Squeezing Sellers and than wasting money on **bleep** is make all of us part of not funny Circus.

Obviously no one here can convince you, so I at least am going to stop trying. What you're guessing is not true, however. Frankly, eBay doesn't care about you (or me, or anyone commenting here or on those videos) enough to do what you're suggesting.

I don't think they are really looking for that. I think they got what they wanted. Just stir things up and watch what happens. Like you, I decided yesterday to stop participating as the OP could care less about what anyone has to say except themselves.

I am tired already to tell you same thing and it's not getting inside of your head.
It's not eBay......it's AI....not Ebay's ai ,but bigger ,which controls all online activities.... I sent you a link to little bit educate you.
Doesn't matter you want to understand that or not ,looks like you are the one of BOTs here who work for bad management.
I am done talking to you.

Go watch latest Corbett report and learn a little about AI

I agree AI is the future but maybe not as bright as some think. No technology has ever existed (at least to my knowledge) that hasn't been abused in one way or another.
Reminds me of the story of Alexander Wood one of the early inventors of the hypodermic syringe and reported to be the first to overdose from using one (morphine). It didn't take long in that instance.
I once read in interview with one of the early developers of AI (an asian gentleman whose name I can't recall) and his opinion on AI in the future was "be afraid". He stated that his concern was that developers aren't putting in enough safeguards to prevent misuse. He thought it inevitable AI would be used to control the populace in perhaps not so nice ways...................

I would agree that a troll by definition likes to stir things up but in this case the OP is simply clueless and making no one look foolish except himself (in a major way). I think what we are looking at in this thread is a young and seriously uneducated or undereducated person who is believing waaaaay too much nonsense circulating on the Internet.
While there is a serious discussion to be had about AI and its role on Ebay (and elsewhere) I do not think that person is going to be the one to conduct it.

AI is making a mess with false policy violations that's for sure.
