A question for the group on A Distribution Center in Ca

Hi,

I ordered an item shipping from Mid Michigan, I am in TN. My tracking says it’s in City of Industry, CA? Meanwhile, with a bad feeling in my gut, I contact seller.  No response back? 
Anyone have any knowledge, does this sound like it is a drop ship situation. Makes no sense… as it appear the seller has the item in hand.

The initial tracking on an eBay International Shipping package will be from the seller to the eBay consolidation center. It will show as Delivered there, and then receive a new tracking number for the new carrier handling the international leg of the travel to Australia.

Try plugging in your initial tracking number on the ParcelsApp.com site and see what it reports. That site is very good at following tracking handoffs from one carrier to another.

The handover to the international carrier can take several days, although 50+ days is way longer than usual. Assuming that you are now past the Estimated Date of Delivery in Australia, file your Item Not Received report for a refund.

I'm in Middle TN. I order stuff all the time that make long long stops at the City of Industry. It'll get to you. It's usually when I've ordered something from Canada or China.

Click on the sellers FB number and it will show their location.  They may very well be drop shippers, especially if the are located overseas.
