600+ items and no sales for a week

So I haven't made any sales since the end of September, and I'm worried what the issue is. I don't know if it has to do with the recent changes USPS made. I have close to 300 watches on the items I listed, but none of them have budge.

I know some of you said that I should cheapen the prices, but the problem is that my grandmother wants me to charge people more if you want to take the selling business seriously. And even then, I can't cheapen the prices due to how the listings I had actually counts as the free listing

I was so slow for over a week, not 1 sale, so I decided to promote listings 10 %  just to see what would happen and now I am selling like crazy, so gonna keep it that way for awhile

10 % of each item? Are you talking about the standard promos? the sliding scale??

I do the suggested and a little over. Are you just 10% across the board??? What are you selling?

I sell vintage, antiques, postcards, handmade jewelry etc.... each item I have is on promoted listing 10 %

I don't know but when I do a search of my items they are always at the top
