Hi, sorry to hear this. Have you considered Immediate Payment Required?

Maybe it's whatever type of items you're selling?  I haven't had a NPB for a long time, even the auction buyers always pay.

Re: $400, 6 items with NPB, 5 days w/o payment.

You gotta wonder tho. With ebay's laxed buyer rules with payment commitment, have buyers figured out a way to "secure" multiple duplicate items from different sellers then ultimately choose one to actually buy? It might be worth it for a buyer who is wanting a big ticket item. Maybe I have no idea what I'm talking about because I don't touch Best Offer listings with a 10 foot pole.

Re: $400, 6 items with NPB, 5 days w/o payment.

I only see 2 sold items in September under this user ID.

Once you file the Unpaid Item Dispute, the buyer has 96 hours to pay.  At the end of 96 hours, if no payment received, close the UID.  You get your FVF credited and the buyer gets an unpaid strike on his/her account.  Two of those in a year and that buyer may find him/herself unable to purchase from sellers who block buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes.

Re: $400, 6 items with NPB, 5 days w/o payment.

Alas!  Your only real option is to file a UID for each of the transactions and close them 96 hours later if the buyer doesn't pay up.  If they Pay within that period, ship and thank them for their business.  If they don't, give them a non-payment strike and put them on your BBL.

With best offer, you do not have the option of immediate payment.

Wow, it is now the Seller's fault when the Buyer decides not to pay! unamused

You believe upi strikes are real? Do you really think a company that helps buyers steal with their policies are really going to miss a future fvf by telling a buyer "no" after something as simple as 2 unpaid items?

I don't know what difference that would make . If the buyer wants the item then they should pay regardless . However some sellers do sell products that attract the scammers more often ,, if that's what you were referring to ?  You've had some good luck with auctions . When I tried them nothing short of a miracle could get some of the winners to actually pay . Tulips

That's the most frustrating part  of all . While sellers wait and wait for payment  they could be missing  other buyers  with integrity  that have no problem  with paying . Tulips

Yes, unpaid item strikes are real.  I've seen posts from buyers on the discussion boards asking why a seller has blocked them from buying.
