I assume it's for items listed during the promo, but it's not clear if they have to sell DURING the promo window, or during the listing duration to qualify.

I hate these ones where you have to keep track to see if you actually get it or not (given eBay's track record). Rather have free insertions you can track easier. Just imo ofcourse.

Agreed it does vary for seller to seller which is best for their home business/hobby.  For those with high ticket items and high sales on items that will sell within the time period it may be a great deal, no doubt. In my case it's a mix of prices that don't always sell within 1 month. I would still prefer the listings but that is just my preference.

You are not wrong.  It says you receive the discount during the Promotion Period time, so anything that sells during the Promotion Period time, would receive the discount.

I had this promotion on My Ebay - and now it's GONE!!!!

I did not receive the promo info (that I can find) and it's not in seller hub either.

Too many people must have signed up for it so they probably did away with it.

Or it conflicted with the one that ends today with fees capped at 20.00.

More likely they just wanted to see a response of how many would do this, and then pulled it all.

How many payments will go away by this route if you can't trust your ebay messages to stay there?

If you click on activate now it says it has "expired"........yeah right.
