Not all my purchases show up in my collection, they show up in purchase history but the images and purchase information are no longer there

Customer scammers

A customer who has a repair service buys an iPhone kept it for three days then claim the phone is icloud locked which clearly is not true. Refuses to reply to questions refuses to provide pictures of the issue. What should I do?
