so ebay advising me to cancel a paid for sale because they cannot resolve the error is not a break in these commitments then ?

fair play what gets me is how if I end a listing with views and bids ebay charges me for doing this. ebay system has caused this problems but yet they are not willing to compensate me for such seems a little one sided but eBay's platform is dying off...
