Ebay automatically accepted a return on a open used waterbed printed the label & need help to void

I'm ticked. Now even seller paid return labels will be automatically issued? That 3 day period was how I worked with the buyer to protect myself! I would send messages to the buyer to try to work things out for misunderstandings, or to clarify if they really were returning under remorse. Now I won't have that chance.
